- QC/Technical Support
Market demand had to conduct our work properly, and we must make sure customer’s specifications. We have to define the specifications to conform to clients requirements. Conformance to specifications such as drawings, standards and other related documents, are introduced during manufacturing, planning and control. Management had to confirm all operators are equal to the work imposed on them and holidays, celebrations and disputes will not affect any of the quality levels.

Inspections and tests are carried out, and all components and materials conform to the specifications. The measuring equipment is accurate. These are the responsibilities of the QA/QC department. Any complaint received from the customer is satisfactorily dealt with on time. Feedback from the user/customer is used to review designs. Consistent data recording, assessment and documentation integrity.
